Rev. Rob Heffernan - Lead Pastor
Rob has almost two decades of pastoral ministry experience in four different provinces, serving full time in churches in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. Rob began his ministry here in March of 2015. He is a graduate of Crandall University (NB), Regent College (BC), and Acadia Divinity College (NS). Rob is passionate about the local church and continues to be amazed at how God works in and through broken people. He enjoys sports, good food, the gym, and the beach. Rob is married to Melissa and they have three children.
Ella Spencer - Administrative Assistant
Ella has recently joined the Windsor Baptist team. Ella is a much loved member of the Windsor Baptist Church family. Stay tuned for her formal introduction. Welcome Ella!
Derek Ehler - Director of Next Generations
Derek has lived in Windsor since 1970 and attended Windsor Baptist Church for most of that time. During a Billy Graham crusade in Halifax, Derek completely surrendered and gave his heart to the Lord and promised to do his best to serve him wherever needed. He has been married to Marsha for over 30 years and has two sons. One of his favourite life moments is being baptized, along with wife Marsha, in Zwicker Lake by his Father, Pastor Don Ehler of Upper Vaughan Baptist Church. Derek has previously been a Deacon and youth leader, and feels a calling to focus on ministry with youth of our community. He loves old fast cars, especially Chevy’s.
